Industrial Alliance Publishes its Annual Report and Sends the Notice of Convocation for its Annual Meeting
It is today that Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. will begin sending its 2003 Annual Report and the Information Circular inviting shareholders and participating policyholders to the Company’s next Annual General Meeting. This meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2004, at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac Hotel, in Quebec City, at 2:00 p.m.
The Company’s annual report, whose theme is "We’re Worth our Weight", contains management’s discussion and analysis of results of operations and financial position and the 2003 financial statements. The annual report and the Information Circular are available in the Investor Relations/Financial Reports section of the Company’s website at www.inalco.com. These documents can also be consulted on the SEDAR website at http://www.sedar.com.
