As a Technician, Administration & Data - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for producing reports and documents necessary for the smooth operations of the TA team. You will also be the main point of contact for the company’s employees for questions related to talent acquisition.

Your day-to-day will look like this:

  • Being responsible for managing and updating our recruitment request prioritization tool in collaboration with TA advisors: updating information related to current positions, assigning requests to the right people and answering questions from internal partners related to the tool

  • Preparing daily reports and performance indicators for TA team meetings

  • Participating in weekly TA team meetings

  • Monitoring the department’s general email inbox, distributing requests to team members and taking the initiative to handle certain requests in accordance with your level of knowledge (e.g., answering certain questions from candidates or managers)

You have…

  • A diploma in administration, office technology or related field

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or the ability to learn quickly with the help of our in-house Excel guru!

  • The ability to speak and write in French (you’ll be working with colleagues in Québec & Montréal!)

  • An ability and interest to work with an integrated human resources management system (knowledge of Workday is an asset)

  • A strong sense of detail, organization and professionalism to provide exemplary service to our candidates, employees and partners

  • The desire to work in a team and seize opportunities to improve processes
