Join the business support team in the individual sector to play a key role combining IT and knowledge of the needs of the business sector.
Please note that this is a 1 year temporary contract with a possibility of extension or to become permanent. This is a completely remote position and you can be based anywhere in Canada but note that you will have to work Vancouver hours (PST).
Your main responsibilities:
Provide support to users and collaborators while ensuring a smooth landing of projects in operations;
Take charge of requests for access and orders of computer equipment; Answer questions and take care of requests from users of the business line in connection with anomalies in the sector's computer systems;
Diagnose the user impact; Analyze the problems encountered, determine the causes and, if necessary, submit the problems encountered to IA's IT services and to our external supplier;
Check and communicate the progress of the solutions and take stock with the user to validate the results; Participate in the regression test on the systems during production launches;
Offer the service to the teams of the offices of Quebec, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes;
Required profile :
Degree in Computer Science or Administration or other relevant field;
2 to 3 years of experience;
Bilingual (Spoken and written communication in French and English required);
Very good knowledge of the Office suite and other office applications (Office suite, Internet Explorer, hardware and operating systems such as Windows 7); Good command of Excel Knowledge of financial services (an asset).
