The Group Benefits and Retirement Solutions sector, more specifically in the Business Process Support department, is looking for an Expert advisor in project management and document management.
Advise managers on the prioritization and planning of strategic projects in order to: define their vision, strategy, scope, feasibility according to capacities, stakeholders.
Advise managers on the planning of innovative projects, involving very high operational and conceptual complexity.
Be a transmission belt between managers and employees in the projects under his responsibility and coordinate the resources involved in the implementation.
Monitor the market for models and methodologies related to project management.
Apply IA guidelines in project management and continuous improvement.
Build the practice of project management and educate colleagues.
Act as a high-level expert in the field of group savings and insurance business.
Demonstrate increased knowledge of products and administration.
Advise the governance committee of the 2 transformation programs: REBOOT and Plateforme / Miléo.
Perform impact analyzes such as: operational and capacity impacts, impacts on information technology (IT), financial impacts, impacts on customer experience and on employee experience.
Solve complex problems, anticipate business and regulatory issues.
Re-evaluate the relevance of the proposed solutions.
Recommend improvements: to processes, to the organization of tasks, to technological tools.
Act as an agent of change, promote, develop, and ensure the sustainability of good document management practices.
Plan and organize centralized document management for the entire administration as part of the project: Centralization of SAEC documentation.
Plan and organize documentation related to risk management for the entire administration within the AI repository that is Hopex.
Support the 2 transformation programs: REBOOT and Platform / Miléo, for updating information in Hopex.
Educate managers on the methodology
Job requirements :
University degree in administration, human resources management, or in a field relevant to the position. A combination of diplomas and accreditations may be considered.
At least 5 years of experience in a high-level advisory or management role.
At least 7 years of experience in the field of group savings or insurance business.
French and English functional.
