We are hiring Bilingual Client Service Representatives to join our Group Client Service/Call Centre department in Toronto!
Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, as the first point of contact for callers, the candidate is primarily responsible for providing customer service (to both internal and external clients) by responding to inquiries (including both calls and emails) concerning health and dental claims or matters of an administrative nature.
In order to be able to adequately respond to clients’ requests, you must be comfortable toggling between screens, navigating through an online information system and able to create/update logs for all inquiries.
Working Hours are 7.5 hours/day, between the regular business hours Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 8:00pm. The specific 7.5 hour shift required will rotate on an ongoing basis, regardless of seniority and will be assigned in accordance with iA Financial Group business needs. Availability for all rotational shifts within the hours of operation is a fundamental requirement of this position.
• Grade 12, and 2 - 3 years of related experience
• English, spoken and written communication
• Bilingual (French/English) is required.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Work as a team player and independently
• Ability to effectively problem solve
• Excellent computer skills
• LOMA, HIAA and ICA courses is considered an asset
