The Team Leader - Nominee Administration is responsible for all operations related to the administration of Nominee Self-Directed Accounts. This team deals with the administration of registered products and the management of the end of the fiscal year processes. It will proceed to the complete the process of trustee fees, account unlocking, follow-ups with the regulatory authorities as well as any task related to the end-of-year process. It will collaborate on communications and the development of self-managed products.

Main Responsibilities:
-Assure the distribution of the different tasks in the team

-Process nomine work
-Plan schedules and holiday schedules
-Review processes, review procedures
-Focus LEAN activities
-Be on the lookout for everything related to the different legislations
-Plan and supervise the training of new employees
-Provide continuing education and plan upgrading skills of employees already in place
-Participate in the selection and hiring process
-Perform the annual meetings and complete the performance evaluations of the employees under his responsibility
-To support more complex files and get in touch with the different partners involved.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, accounting or a relevant experience
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in a position related to the financial field
• Canadian Investment Funds Course (IFIC) an asset
• Very good knowledge of the regulations in force on registered products, an asset

• Leadership skills
• Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
