Reporting to the Manager, Administration, the incumbent is responsible for daily tasks related to the administration of Industrial Alliance Group Savings Plans such. as DCPP, RRSP, DPSP, Non-Registered and other non-administered contracts…

Tasks under the incumbent’s responsibility:

• Open mail and distribute
• Allocate contributions to the members electronically (MS Excel, On-line, pay files and Scanner) and manually
• Process new member enrolments under OSCAR system
• Process changes requested by members such as change of investment instructions, reallocation of funds, change of beneficiary, etc.
• Request missing or incomplete information from contract holders and members: daily written and verbal communications
• Issue annual Missing Information Letters/Option forms to member
• Ensure that service and quality of operations standards are respected
• Adhoc requests from Manager/Teams
• Contract Filing

As part of his/her daily duties, the incumbent is subject to a very strict schedule in order to meet the daily dead-lines related to the job under his/her responsibility as well as those of related sectors, such as Accounting, Imaging and the Quebec administrative teams.


• Working on a College or University degree in Business Administration or Finance and enrolled in a co-op program
• Good keyboarding skills
• Speed and quality of execution
• Good communication skills
• Accounting skills
• Advanced MS Excel, Word
