Description

Reporting to the Administration & Projects Expert on the Client Service Admin team, the incumbent is responsible for administering and providing client service support for the Kids Plus™ product line during July to October timeframe. Key job functions include:

1. Client Service:
• provide full client service support for the Kids Plus™ 1-800 and local client service lines
• completing client applications over the telephone
• providing timely responses to client queries relating to clarification of contractual terms or administrative procedures

2. Kids Plus™ Application Administration:
• ensure incoming applications and payments are sorted, batched, and logged; that data is entered accurately
• produce reports in accordance with the established procedures and timeframes
• produce bar codes for imaging
• complete and send client confirmation letters and emails to clients in a timely manner
• prepare and image Kids Plus™ documents (applications, letters and emails and all other correspondence)
• assist with client service letters (incomplete applications, NSF, declines)

Qualifications

Education:
• high school graduate supplemented by post secondary business courses/program

Experience:
• previous client service experience
• previous experience answering high volumes of calls would be an asset

Skills:
• excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• excellent data entry skills with high levels of accuracy
• proficiency in MS Word and Excel with a minimum 50wpm typing skills
• attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• strong team player, able to work with a diverse group of people
• the ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese would be an asset
