The iA-SAL Sales Support team is seeking an Administrative and Technical Support Technician at its Brossard office.

Specifically, you will:
Answer users’ technical questions about the sales platform and related products
Provide customer service and follow up with the various stakeholders, including dealers and representatives
Make changes to client files when required and advise the different departments of the changes
Help create the different sales-related duties
Perform various general clerical duties

Diploma of college studies and two years of experience in a technical and/or sales support call centre
Expert ability to work with different software applications simultaneously
Must be bilingual (must be able to communicate clearly in both English and French with clients across Canada)
Must have abilities inherent to the position: ability to communicate effectively, must be customer-service oriented, must have initiative
