A more cautious Fed in 2019?
The Fed continues to point to the strength of the domestic economy and the strengthening of the labour market to justify the normalization of its monetary policy. However, the Fed indicates that it will closely monitor global economic and financial developments to assess its potentially negative impacts on the U.S. economy.
