Stay Healthy at WorkTM: a personalized support program to improve your group insurance plan members’ quality of life
According to a recent Sanofi Canada healthcare survey1, 82% of plan administrators would like to provide more support to their members who suffer from illnesses or chronic health problems.
In addition, 89% of plan members with chronic pain would like to know more about how to manage pain.
Did you know that the Stay Healthy at Work program, offered as part of our health and wellness offer Well-Balanced®, can help them?
This confidential program offers online tools and personalized telephone coaching with health professionals (e.g. nurses, social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, nutritionists, kinesiologists, etc.) to help plan members better manage their health problems.
Stay Healthy at Work targets the main causes of lower plan member productivity and absenteeism:
- Back and neck pain
- Muscle and joint problems
- High cholesterol
By enrolling in the Stay Healthy at Work, our managers will have access to the Manager support program. This program can offer them advice and tools (telephone support, videos, documentation) to identify and support employees in difficulty (physical or psychological health problems, absenteeism, interpersonal conflicts, etc.), as well as a crisis intervention service.
If you would like to add the Stay Healthy at Work program to your group insurance plan, please contact your advisor or your iA Financial Group Account Executive.
