In our effort to offer you a most positive client experience, we would like to remind you about the added value provided by secure messaging, which, since December, has been the primary point of entry for your group-insurance-related questions and transaction requests. 

Secure messaging offers many advantages:  
  • It is the ideal solution for sending confidential information, such as personal and financial information
  • It enables you to send your transaction request to the appropriate department right from the start 
  • With all your communications in the same location, it is easier to track your questions and requests 
  • Your plan members can also use it to contact us and benefit from all the same advantages
Please note that the use of drop-down menus in secure messaging and the addition of the contract number related to transactions ensures these are processed even quicker.

Even though secure messaging is easy to use, you can also refer to the usage guide. You’ll see. It’s quick, simple and useful!   

In addition to using secure messaging, you can also contact our team of specialized customer service agents, at 1-877-422-6487, if you require more information about:
  • Billing
