Group Insurance Disability Satisfaction Survey
In order to identify ways to better serve our group insurance plan members, we will conduct a satisfaction survey regarding our disability claims process and customer service.
The online survey will be sent to a random sample of group insurance plan members who have submitted a disability claim in the past two years.
The first survey will be launched at the beginning of June 2013 and will be conducted on a quarterly basis thereafter. A different random sample of plan members will be surveyed each quarter to ensure that members won’t be surveyed more than once each year.
Plan members can rest assured that all responses will be kept confidential.
The feedback obtained will help Industrial Alliance to identify opportunities of continuous improvement and will help us to provide plan members with a service that meets their expectations.
