Web@dmin Enhancements are on the Way!

News Release

Industrial Alliance continuously aims to be the best service provider of group benefits and to fully satisfy your needs. To do so, we always pay close attention to your feedback regarding all aspects of our service, including our online tools. We are pleased to announce that improvements to our Web@dmin tool are planned for the upcoming months.

Continuous improvement and a commitment to client-focused service are some of the core values that guide our initiatives. One such initiative is our Client Satisfaction Project aimed at improving Web@dmin and CyberClient based on survey results and comments provided by you and your plan members.

One of the first improvements stemming from this project is the recent modification of the Web@dmin enrolment page based on your feedback. For enhanced effectiveness, the order of the enrolment fields was modified to reflect our paper form in addition to a reduction in the number of fields to be completed.
