Group Insurance Plan Member Satisfaction Survey
At Industrial Alliance, we are committed to delivering superior service to our group insurance plan members. In order to identify ways to better serve our members, we will conduct a satisfaction survey in regard to health and dental claims and our customer service.
The online survey will be sent to a random sample representing approximately 1% of our group insurance plan members. This sample will include plan members who submitted at least one health and dental claim in the past month and who are registered for direct deposit and enotification services.
This survey will be conducted on a quarterly basis. The first survey will be launched by mid-June 2012. Each survey will be sent to a different random sample to ensure that members will be surveyed only once each year.
Plan members can rest assured that all responses will be kept confidential.
The feedback obtained will help Industrial Alliance continue to provide plan members with service that meets their expectations.
