Operations Resume at Canada Post

News Release

Plan members

As operations are resuming at Canada Post, all correspondence, including disability benefits, will now be distributed across Canada by regular mail. Shipping delays may be longer as Canada Post is clearing their backlog.

Please note that as of today, to submit a health and/or dental claim, you must complete the appropriate claim form and send it by regular mail along with the original receipts to one of the addresses indicated on the form.

Direct deposit

You are still encouraged to enrol for direct deposit and e-notification of benefit payments. With both services, reimbursements are deposited directly into your bank account and you are immediately notified by email when your claims are processed.

To enrol, please print the following forms and send them to one of the addresses listed on the forms:

Direct deposit and e-notification request - medical expenses and dental care
