Connecting remotely can now be done in two steps:

1. Install Global Protect

  • • Open the Software Center (in the Windows search menu, enter “Software Center”
  • • Select the “Global Protect” icon (Palo Alto Networks 5.1.0)
  • • Install the application

Once you have installed the application, you must enter “remote01.ia.ca” in the “Please enter your portal address” section.

2. Configure the second authentication factor (MFA)
